Meditation and movement

Our behaviour and actions are very much determined by cognitive paradigms such as ‘right-wrong’, ‘good-bad’, ‘either-or’, especially in times of increasing external change.

Intuitive aspects, inner relatedness and groundedness are increasingly sacrificed to ‘outward functioning’. The consequence is a decline in creativity, openness, curiosity, and the courage to change behaviour, qualities that are urgently needed in change processes.

Body-related, meditative techniques not only foster mental stability and balance, when regularly cultivated they develop awareness and sensitivity, enabling us to respond to changes with curiosity, pleasure, inner strength and creativity. Here and now.

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.
